The Foundation for Digital Justice (FDJ) has joined the Coalition for Whistleblowers Protection and Press Freedom (CWPPF), a coalition of Nigerian media and civil society organisations working to defend journalists, whistleblowers and press freedom across Nigeria.

CWPPF has built a strong track record of responding when journalists and whistleblowers face intimidation, arbitrary detention, harassment or retaliation, through public advocacy, formal statements and sustained engagement with authorities to uphold fundamental rights.

For FDJ, joining the Coalition strengthens our ability to work alongside organisations with extensive experience in defending media freedom and protecting those who speak truth to power. It also gives us a stronger collective voice and enables faster, better-coordinated responses when freedom of expression and whistleblowers rights are threatened.

FDJ is proud to join forces with organisations committed to defending human rights and advancing media freedom in Nigeria.
