How the work gets done

Strategic Litigation

We use strategic litigation and provide legal aid to challenge abuses of power, defend digital rights and fundamental freedoms, and secure justice for individuals and communities whose rights have been violated.

Advocacy

We engage in legal and policy advocacy to influence laws, policies, and institutional practices that protect digital rights, strengthen democratic governance, and promote accountability.

Research

We produce original research on issues central to our mission, and our legal experts publish reports and policy analyses that contribute to informed public discourse and evidence-based policymaking.

Grassroots Mobilization

We mobilize communities, activists, and civil society actors to build public awareness, strengthen collective action, and empower people to defend their digital rights and hold power accountable.
